Klein Heating and cooling

We had a very negative experience with another AC company but Klein Heating and cooling technician was very professional, courteous, kind, and honest. He did not try to sell us repairs that we did not need. He explained everything and even came back at no charge. We have removed all the stickers from the previous AC Company and replace them with Klein Heating and cooling. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Klein Heating and cooling. Highly recommend it!

I would like to start out by saying there are a lot of shady ac companies out there!! I feel that Klein Heating and cooling is an honest company and runs his business very professional! He was very courteous, fixed my ac, and completed the work in a timely and neat manner. I will definitely call Klein Heating and cooling when having an AC issue! I highly recommend!

From first contact to finished installation our experience with this company was perfect, outstanding. We purchased a home and needed a new AC system. A new AC system sounds like a hassle, but these folks made it easy. Can’t thank this group enough. The plumber they sent was extremely kind and quick to respond and schedule someone to come take a look at my heat pump. He was super pleasant and was able to sort out what work needed to be done. Would be more than happy to call Klein Heating and cooling if I need their services again!

My older unit stopped working all together. Scared I needed to replace the whole unit as another company had previously told me. Klein Heating and cooling technician was able to come out the same day within an hour or so and quickly get my unit up and running again. He showed me the problem and replaced the broken part. Wayne arrived quickly, was professional, and was very affordable unlike the last company I used. Glad I found Klein Heating and cooling because I now know who to call if I have any issues with my ac/heat.

Klein Heating and cooling owner answered my call when no one else would on a busy Friday morning. We agreed for him to come Saturday morning at 9:00am and he showed up 10 minutes early dressed professionally and ready to get the job done. It ended up being a bit more work than we thought but he was able to knock it out with ease. He was so good I recommended him to my In-Laws and they were extremely pleased as well. His number is now saved in my phone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Klein Heating and cooling installed an AC unit in our bedroom in 2021 just before the hot summer. The installer was very professional and worked clean and tidy. The entire process from the first phone call to the last email/ phone call was smooth and no problems. We are very happy with our AC. If you ever decide to get a AC installed in your house.. Klein Heating and cooling technician is a hero. 11:30pm call and he was cheerful and courteous! After a thorough inspection he fixed our AC in 72° heat! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone at any time. A+++++++
