RCS Heating Cooling and Plumbing

Working with Reed's Crew Services was the highlight of our evening! Really, when your A/C quits working in Southern Arizona, there's not much else on your mind other than the quickly rising temperature on your house thermostat. The first company I called had a voicemail service that said press 2 for emergencies, and I left my info. less than 5 minutes later I had a call letting me know that someone MIGHT be out the next morning at 8am. I reached out to Reed's Crew next and had Parker calling me 5 minutes later to let me know he could be there in 10... and he was! Another 10 minutes after that and the temperatures indoors were dropping right back down. Parker was extremely professional, thorough at double checking that everything else was working fine and easy to work with. I can't imagine using another company if the need arises.

They helped me when my Home warranty let me down. They were able to restore my AC in a cost effective and efficient manner. If I need any AC repairs in the future I would call RCS because they earned my respect.

They came out due to our heat not working. Adjustments were made and the heat worked. Later in the evening the heat went out again. The tech came back out and realized it was a TRX that needed replacing. Obviously, every system is different and it had to be ordered. The part arrived and the tech came back out on Christmas Eve in the afternoon to make sure our unit was up and running. Can not say enough, they were professional, honest and did an excellent job. Those traits are not typical in the HVAC industry in AZ.

You can call the others, but you'll end up choosing Reed's. Good guys, showed up on time and knew their stuff. Would recommend to anyone needing new heat pumps and not sure who to choose if you haven't worked with someone before.

The owner was extremely helpful and even explained the best way to deal with my home warranty as they were trying to get out of paying for a covered part replacement. We ended up replacing the entire unit and the entire process was very efficient.

It says 5 stars but I give Reed's crew 25 stars!!!
The AC went out on Sunday morning and knew it was time for a replacement being 20yrs old. Called Reed's crew 1st thing Monday to look at the AC. They replace the whole unit and had it up and running by Wednesday afternoon. Initially it was going to take a week but they were able to move things around and get me in ASAP.
I cannot say enough but I know I will never choose anyone other than Reed's crew for a job like this!!!
