Reed's is awesome! My hot water heater broke recently and I came downstairs to flooding. Reed's was able to come out that same day and install a new water heater. Their pricing is competitive and their techs are friendly. I feel extremely comfortable giving them access to my home. I appreciate their professionalism. I highly recommend their services.

They got my heater up and running again! I was just about frozen in my house when I gave Andrew a call. My outdoor AC unit was making a loud noise and I was worried about running it but my 65 degree house became unbearable. Andrew came to my house the same day, got the unit fixed up so it could be ran and also gave me recommendations for future servicing that will be needed. He gave me time frames and quotes which will allow me to budget for the repairs and take care of my unit before it ever goes out. Here in AZ, having a good running air conditioner is crucial, and I trust Andrew will keep my unit running in tip top shape!

Brandon and Tyler were awesome! We called them today and they went above and beyond to help get our unit fixed today! They went way above the call of duty and we had such a great experience with them! Will be using them every time in the future.

My AC stopped running on a 110+ day in June. RCS sent Tyler out to help us. He was quick to find the problem, and he took the time he needed to make sure the fix was done right. After two bad experiences with other AC companies in the valley, I finally found one that I can rely on.

I highly recommend this company, we were just out of contract with another company who came to do a service, not surprisingly having read their reviews they found all sorts of expensive problems and quoted just under $1000 for repair. We decided to get another opinion and Brad from RCS came as scheduled,. He gave an honest assessment, spent time explaining everything, serviced the unit for a fraction of what had been quoted by our previous company. Will we definitely use this company in the future.

Two young men came out and diagnosed my problem that two other A/C company's couldn't figure out. They were professional and I am satisfied with their work! The price was what I was quoted also. I would not hesitate to recommend Reed's and use them again!

Justin and his crew members are such a delightful bunch to have work on your ac. Even when his schedule was booked he made sure he got us in there and got us a new ac unit for a fanomanial price. They are such a family friendly business and every worker he sends is always so welcoming and helpful.

We could not be happier with RCS. We had a plumbing problem and they did everything possible to get it resolved. The crew was friendly and efficient. Top notch company.

The quote for the new unit was the less expensive of the 3 quotes I got, so I spent my hard earned money with them. 2 weeks later, my unit stopped heating, cooling and the fan wouldn't come on. Since I had my t-stat for 5+years ( you would think for the thousands of dollars a new unit costs you would get a new t-stat), it was that. So I went down bought a new one, wired it exactly like the old one (that worked when they left), nothing, no heat, ac or fan. Tried calling RCS on Wednesday before Thanksgiving, then Friday after Thanksgiving, then again Saturday 2 days after Thanksgiving. Nothing but voicemail and no call back. I understand that companies are closed for Thanksgiving, but the day before, after and 2 days after? For a company that charges thousands of dollars for a new unit and install, they obviously don't stand behind there work for even 2 weeks. Now I know why their quote was the less expensive. Expensive lesson learned.
