Beware....if you are recommended by a warranty company. Came out twice to fix AC, still broken but he got it "running"....but not cooling. Said he fixed the issue? Didn't know I needed to be specific that I wanted it both running and cooling. Said he would contact me to come out a 3rd time...no call...next day was irritated when we followed up to see when he would make it out. Communication is key....if you say your going to call do, regardless of the message. I was told he spent 2 hours on the phone with my warranty company (basically wasting his time). Continued to argue with me, when we were on the same page regarding payment? Committed to come do a recall if he had time over the next two days, (since I had already wasted his today) only to tell warranty company to re-assign the recall.... basically left me and my two small children hanging with no AC in AZ on a Friday of a holiday weekend!
I get everyone had bad days, I get warranty companies are hard and difficult to deal with. I didn't sign up with them to contract work....however Eagle Air did. All customers should get the same customer service and level of honesty and respect. I have never felt more scammed, or insignificant to a company. Don't want anyone else to have to go thru what I'm dealing with.
Dave Dumke is very professional and honest I will never trust anyone else but Eagle Air for my AC and heating needs. He gave us a great deal was on time and called ahead to let me know when he would be there. I'm so happy I have found a company I can trust Thank you EAGLE AIR
Our AC went out when it was 116 degrees outside. Owner Dave Dumke and Jeremy Snider came out right away, diagnosed the issue quickly, and arranged for the install of a new unit, even though we were going to be out of town. By the time we returned home a few days later, our new, top quality air conditioner had been installed (a 9 hour job in extreme heat) and the house was no longer an oven. Dave and Jeremy were both extremely professional and polite -- and made sure to inform us about our SRP rebate, which was significant. We couldn't ask for better service. We will definitely use Eagle Air again!
Our home had several “air pockets” where the room temperatures were not balanced. Dave listened to our concerns determined the repairs required (duct work needed to be reconfigured). We replaced an old air conditioner, repaired the ductwork, and installed a more efficient thermostat. Dave clearly explained the process and relative cost. Dave and his team arrived on time, completed the job on time, and cleaned up after themselves.
We highly recommend Dave for all of your HVAC needs!
It was a Saturday night and David came out very quickly to help us out. He figured out the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes. He was very professional, polite and very friendly. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends and family!
I highly recommend Dave! He is a life saver! I got home after a 11hr shift and noticed my house was hotter then normal and by this time it was 7:45 at night. I called several companies and no one could come out. I found Eagle air , Dave answered right away asked a few questions and said he would be out in 30min! Come to find out it wasn't such any easy fix. Dave went straight to work and got our AC fixed when no one else was willing to help! Thank you so much Dave with Eagle Air my family would be lost without your kindness!
We were experiencing a dirty laundry type smell when the ac was running. We called in the afternoon and Dave Dumke (owner) was out the next morning. He explained everything throughly as he went through the equipment inspection/cleaning. No more dirty laundry smell. It should be noted that Dave took care if the problem whereas 2 different techs from the installer/warranty company had no idea what caused the smell and offered to sell us an air purifier. We also purchased one of Eagle Air’s maintence programs which were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Eagle Air To anyone
Six months after purchasing a service contract from Eagle Air, our unit died. We had Eagle Air install a new one and they refunded most of our previous service contract payment because the new unit came with a 10-year warranty. They provide quick responsive service.
