Eagle Air AC Repair

Had a burning smell emitting from suspected furnace area. Called for appointment and within a very short time Eagle Air responded to check out our HVAC system. Verified the issue, went and picked up required parts, returned and had our system up and running in no time. Very professional and courteous. No doubt I will call Eagle Air for future system check-ups and any HVAC service needs.

Great Customer Service! Jeremy was extremely nice and definitely worked the issue till it was fixed with 2 different problems causing the AC and Blower not to work. He stayed after he fixed it to make sure everything was running and getting colder. Would definitely reccomend if you have HVAC needs. They were at my house within an hour of calling them to fix the issue.

I called at 4:30 on a Sunday and received a call back as I was leaving my message. Dave was very nice and helpful diagnosing the issue to be repaired. He was a life saver for us today as it was 114 degrees outside and 95+ inside.

Dave and Jeremy came to the rescue when my kids and I needed help the most! Like many others, our AC bit the big one in the AZ heat and our home was warming up quickly. I had contacted another company but they couldn't get to my house for two more days. With kids and animals, you don't mess with the rising temperatures, so when Eagle Air was able to squeeze us in right away, it was a relief! Both gentlemen were very professional and found the problem right away. They stuck around to make sure the house was cooling off as it should, and the kids and I were able to get a good night's rest in a cool home. AC repair guys should be the superheroes of the summer! They need their own special holiday. We really do take our air conditioning for granted.

I had one AC Company come out and look at my AC/Heater as it stopped working the company said I needed a new AC Unit I didn't feel good about this company and I found Eagle Air and they had a free 2nd Opinion. They put in a new fuse and didn't even charge me. Just asked me to keep there card and call me when I had a real problem they could help me with! Thank You Dave Dumke!
