I had an amazing experience with Promise Heating & Air. Had other companies come & they never figured out the problem until i called this company. I am very satisfied with their work & i extremely recommend this company.

Jesus was professional and low pressure. Pointed out things I should be doing to maintain the AC unit.

The customer service the lady in the office Mariana has is just the best! she was able to answer all my questions and explain to me everything that needed to be done to my ac unit and show me the diff cost of all the things.

Blown away (in a good way) with their response time, honesty and value. I know anytime I can depend on Promise. Jesus and Vincent showed up on time, was extremely through in their diagnosis and very communicative. Hands down my go to company!!!!!

I called the company and spoke with Jesus. Regarding my central air wasn't working & he came 30mins later to fix my air system. I really appreciate the fast service now I have air something you need living here in AZ. Thanks again Jesus!!!

Octavio Deleon did an amazing job at repairing my a/c unit. He was amazing very nice and super helpful and got it all done fast too.

I had been calling around to get a qoute on getting my Unit in out business fixed and everyone was telling me they had to go and check it out and had to pay a fee, when i called i spoke to Mariana she was soo quick to give me an estimate just by the infor i gave her and go someone out next day.
