Marken Mechanical Air Conditioning

I had a fantastic experience with Marken Mechanical today. They came out to check our AC and Lalo was great in answering questions and being thorough and honest on the diagnosis of what was wrong and provided solutions to help. I also appreciated that he wore a mask while inside my home die to covid-19. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs AC repair! Thanks Lalo and Marken!

These guys are amazing!! Clean cut and honest. They do not try to sell me anything I do not need, but try to give me great service and honest feedback and recommendations on my repair. They are my only go to HVAC company.

My AC broke and I scheduled their services through my home warranty. They showed up on time, identified the problem and fixed it. Pleasant people and did a great job. Would recommend to friends and family with AC issues.

This place is questionable at best. I received a text message about 30 minutes ago from a guy named Lalo from this company telling me he was on his way to my place. I texted him back telling him no one ordered any air conditioning services. I then asked him what the name was on the order and he replied with our last name spelled correctly which is extremely rare, because everyone spells our name wrong. Always. I then texted my mother asking her if she ordered their services and maybe forgot to tell me. She said no one ordered their services. I texted the guy back asking him where he got the order from and our last name, with no reply. Now, this is actually my parents rental property....so WHY would this guy be texting ME about my parents property? My number is not tied to theirs in any way, so imagine my concern here, as this is very creepy to me. I then looked up the company online as well as their phone number and started reading about them. The whole thing makes zero sense to me. Where would they get our last name and my number and why would they put the two together for a service call??? I'm going to call their office to see how this weirdness happened. The whole thing seems totally shady if you ask me. Especially because their were no replies to my last few texts.

The technition they sent out was very helpful and answered all questions. Ordered parts and explained what was coming and what was on back order. Nice to see someone that cares about his quality of work.
