Had a fantastic experience with JL Finley Construction. A/C went out late last night. I spoke with Josh and he was on jobsite early this morning. Get the A/C repaired before noon so my wife and 2 kids under 2 years old never had to experience the worst of Arizona summer. He made sure the job was done right and on budget. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I've been waiting 50 years for an AC company like this! After getting cheated so many times, it's such a joy to have a company I can trust 100%. I'm sitting here in my COOL house, having just had my AC fixed by Josh Finley, the owner. I showed him my last quote of $11,000 and he did what was needed for under $3000. He also went the extra mile to educate me, get me a box of filters at his cost, and make himself available for any follow up. I enthusiastically recommend this company without any hesitation.

Hello to those who read reviews! I know I do! I usually always do my reaseach befor hiring somone however this time Josh was a referral from his Dad who had done a complete electrical panel replacement several years ago in my home. Since that experience was so easy and wonderful I called him back to see if he did AC work. He told me to call his son Josh and I was totally good with that due to our last experience. I'm beyond happy today!! I was completely impressed with everything from start to finish! All the positive things mentioned in the other reviews are exactly how my experience went. My unit had storm damage and he handled talking to AMFAM for me and made it all happen! Within a few days of meeting with the adjuster and getting the approval I had a new unit installed! Yay!! Promt! Professional! Clean! Knowledgeable! That's what you get when you hire JL Finley Construction! Thanks a million!! Happy customer in the Az desert!

These guys did an amazing job! Peter was on time, honest and tried to keep my 22 year old unit afloat. It was however time to give up the ghost. Josh immediately started the process and a few nights at a nearby hotel and I am in heaven! The place feels great, it smells better and feels drier. I couldn’t be happier.

During the hail storms of 2010 I had a hack of a job on my air conditioner replacement (and roof). There was leaking that I attempted to get repaired and in 6 years the unit needed replacing due to HORRIBLE installation work - turns out the warranty wasn't valid because they didn't submit it AND the electrical/plumbing hook up was a mess.

Josh fixed the electrical, replaced some vent work and documented each step of the process, took pictures as well as explaining in great detail what was happening and why. IF I EVER need an AC or any work done, I would call them in a heartbeat.

Josh came out to our house and was extremely professional and polite. Fixed our AC in less than an hour and was honest with fair pricing. Will recommend this company to everyone
