Josh has serviced our system for a while now and with our system being over 15 years old, we were due for a replacement. He presented a gift to us we could not pass up and we are grateful for being thought of for the opportunity. Josh and his company were great and it is clear from all of our experiences with him that he runs a genuine caring business. Hard to find these days. In a 5 star rating system, he gets six from me.

I would like to recommend JL Finley Construction to you, if you’re looking for a competent Air Conditioner installer. We had multiple issues with water leaking, a clogged condensation drain , and an old AC unit that needed to be replaced. Josh and Peter did an excellent job getting the unit we needed, fixing all the issues and, getting it installed quickly.

Peter was very kind and professional, he was very detailed on what my A/C system needed and got my system blowing cold again. I will definitely use and recommend JL Finley again.

So happy I found JL Finley to help when my AC stopped working! With summer approaching I panicked when I couldn't get the ac to trigger back on. I found JL online and decided to call because I liked that it was a local veteran owned company. Had no idea the amazing service I was about to receive!

Josh answered immediately and even with a full schedule, managed to swing by the next day. He walked me through every step of the way and explained what he was finding. I felt like it was a friend or family member helping me out, his personality is so honest and comforting. You don't usually get that with other ac companies where a new recruit gets sent out. This summer JL Finley installed a new ac unit on my roof. I also had to repair the section of the roof around the ac area. Josh was adamant about keeping in contact with the roofers to make sure both companies were on the same page so the ac installation would go smoothly. I am absolutely satisfied with the end result. We have a great ac unit and the entire installation was completed in a timely manner considering it was busy season for both companies. Josh has been kind enough to follow up on several occasions to make sure everything is still adequately working. That is sheer professionalism!! Thank you, Josh.

Excellent experience! I recently had a new rooftop HVAC unit installed by JL Finley Construction. Josh was very professional and able to provide clear explanations of several options appropriate to my situation. Once the unit was selected, the project was completed in an efficient and professional manner. Josh also offered to absorb the additional cost of a larger crane, which was required to place the unit (and had not been included in the initial estimate). His attention to detail, knowledge, experience, and respectful manner were much appreciated.

Update March 2021: I highly recommend JL Finley for your AC needs! They installed a 2 brand new AC units on my home and they did a phenomenal job! They were reasonably priced, very professional and left my home clean after the installs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Service second to none!
I was lucky enough to have met Josh and got his business card about 48hrs prior to my AC going out. It was the Thursday before Labor Day and he took my call, he dropped everything to hop on my 110* roof to get my AC back up and running practically immediately, but it stopped working again and it took me until about 4pm on Friday before Labor Day Weekend when I gave Josh the green light to replace the unit (mind you the house got 95* at night) and wouldn't you know it - Josh moved mountains for me and had a crane out front by 8am Sat morning to haul the new AC unit on my roof. He sent me before and after photos, was always in contact, and checked in often to make sure everything was ok. The whole experience was very smooth and I will always recommend and use the very professional JL Finley Construction for any AC/Heater needs.

Josh Construction was referred to me by our Home Owners Association. It was the best referral I received. Josh Finley gets a ten plus for knowledge, efficiency, neatness and prompt service. Josh followed through after completion of installing my air condition to assure that everything was working properly including setting up remote services on my phone.
