Josh is professional and personable. His quote was within and slightly below the other estimates I requested. He and crew were on time and quick to get the unit installed. My house required another register and the drywall work was performed flawlessly.

The new unit and register keep the house at a solid 74 when it was 108 outside today. Very happy and will recommend Finley to anyone I know for HVAC needs in the future.

Josh and his team did a fantastic job with the installation of my new HVAC unit. Upon removing the existing dated HVAC, mold was detected. Josh quickly enacted a precise and timely Plan to mitigate the issue and ensure this project was completed with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Josh pulled, simply said, magic out of a hat to mitigate the major mold issue. He pulled crew from other job sites to ensure my project was handled as a top priority, swiftly and properly. Above all, Josh managed my expectations with great communication, taking the time to explain the process from inception to fruition.

Fantastic service, these guys take their time and do it right. We had them install a new AC, airhandler, and water heater. Offered great advice on the best systems for our property. Hello everyone, my wife and I had been suffering with no air conditioning for almost a week. We were referred to Finley by one of their previous coworkers who suggested we get an estimate. We did our homework and obtained several estimates.
Once we met Josh, we were convinced that this was the company we wanted. Josh took the time to explain every aspect we needed to know about getting a new unit and what it entailed and the cost we received was the lowest we’d gotten. We also got a lot of extra incentives with our purchase. It took only 4 hours for them to remove our old unit and to install the new; they rewired everything and talked us through the use of the thermostat.
We don’t usually write a review on things but these guys knew their stuff; the knowledge, the experience and the effort they exhibited was commendable. My suggestion to anyone out there would be to look at what they can do for you. We are very impressed.

Josh recently serviced my AC when it was 118 degrees outside and received some of the best service I could have asked for. He was prompt in getting out to my home, early to the appointment time, and my AC blowing cold again in about 30 minutes. I was referred to Josh, at JL Finley, earlier this year by a close friend, for a routine service on our home's AC unit. Josh is one of those people, that you can tell, REALLY cares about his customers and cares about the quality of work that he provides. This feeling is what turned me into a return customer and two weeks ago I called him about a mini split system for my 24 x 24 home workshop. Josh came out the very next day and took measurements, and asked me questions about the building and what my intentions were for usage of the space. He properly qualified me for the best system that would suit my needs, which was a 18000 btu Mitsubishi unit. No BS upgrade sales tactics , just a firm recomendation, as well as a gauruntee that the system he recomended would do the job. I said, "Let's do it" and he was able to get me on his schedule right away. The install was clean and fast, and even though it's a workshop, he took care in cleanup and no trash was left behind, etc. So the unit has been installed for just about two weeks and I absolutely LOVE it! If you're a homeowner with a home workshop and want to actually get something accomplished during the summer months, These mini splits are fantastic. It's nearly silent and it's 95° outside and 72° inside, with the unit barely running to maintain. I'd highly recommend JL Finley for anyone's Heating and Air conditioning needs, Thanks again Josh!
