Scheduled PM on a split unit, performed on 04/19/2022. Total charge was 119.90 for service. Stated that everything was clean and in good working condition. Advice capacitor may need replacement n the future. Was very thorough on his notes on invoice Problem now is there was a leak so I called my Home Shield, tech stated coils in attic were filthy, causing the leak, now had to pay for coils and refrigerant of 2400.00.. Home Shield does not cover refrigerant. Spoke with Tiffany yesterday at Adams, extremely rude, hung up on me stated there will be no refund. This tech NEVER entered my house. ONLY serviced and inspected outdoor units. Falsified his documentation, and Adams had the nerve to call me a liar stating he did go into my home. FYI, the owner did call and speak with my bother, promised he would speak with the tech and get back with us. NEVER did. So disappointed and extremely irritated for being ignored and called a liar by Adams Refrigeration.

They were very honest with me and did a great job.. No high pressured sales which I appreciate. After the system check, they did the maintenance and repair immediately. I highly recommend Adams Refrigeration.

Great service to replace our hvac. Isaac and angel were fabulous. Did a great job. Mario was great in discovering our problem and giving us info on what to do. Adams is the best!!!

First service guy replaced a part which cost $434 for part and service. Invoice stated everything was checked. Next day, the a/c still wasn't cooling so we called for service again. Another service guy found multiple issues. Total for the second day totalled $1,390 which included replacement for the part that was done the previous day. Clearly there were huge issues missed in the previous assessment. Called the main number for help but the person was not interested in helping. Do not use this company.

I have used Adams Refrigeration for over 20 years. Simply put, they are the best. I once had a problem in August and called at around 6:30 on a Sunday morning planning to leave a message. The owner answered the phone and had someone at my house around 10 a.m. to fix the problem! Not sure that would ever happen anywhere else.

I've used Adams Refrigeration for 10 years for preventative maintenance and two repairs. Every encounter has been great. My heat went out this morning and they responded within 2 hours and had me repaired shortly there after. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use them.

The technician was very nice, we had him come out for a diagnostic. The gentleman told us our motor blower went out and it would $1300 for repair. When we had our family come out to replace the $300 motor. Turns out the transformer was bad and our motor was completely fine. Unfortunately we paid $120 for a false diagnosis. Glad we didn’t pay the $1300 and did more investigating ourself.

Responded within 3 hours to my home and worked on the system to make it operational and then ordered the necessary parts to correct the problem permanently. I was made to feel like I was really important and not like that they were somehow just doing me a favor. Thanks to the whole Adams Family!

Beginner Plays

We got an AC checkup done, technician was 3 hours late for appointment with no call. A couple of repairs were needed, the boot was torn at the roof line. The guy left without giving us an estimate, said he would call back but never did. I ended up getting on the roof and sealing it myself. A business that fails to get back with their customers is written off in my book. Also, I would have gladly paid them for the repairs. Not good to leave money on the table like that.
