John came up with in a day from the valley to Pine,Az. Honoring their great warranty. So polite , respectful and efficient. He fixed my minor issue expediently and had my AC blowing cold within the hour. A great company . I had A/C and gas furnace installed a couple years ago by them with 10 year warranty and I will use them again. They beat all other company prices by a lot and good units.

Morehart services were great. I called with an emergency and they arrived within the hour with everything needed to repair my AC unit. I won’t call anyone else in the future!

Had an awesome experience with this company! First called late Wednesday afternoon and Leo showed up within the first half hour of time window and quickly diagnosed a bad part on my 4yr old system, charged me exactly what the service call was quoted over the phone. Next day after researching and determining the part was still under warranty, replaced with new part and did an overall check of my unit. I was charged the exact labor quote I was given the day prior. Leo never tried to sell me a service contract or suggest any unnecessary maintenance. I will remain a loyal customer and recommend this company to all my neighbors.

Brian Sturgeon is the most professional service representative. I always request Brian for any of my service needs. He is always on time, courteous and, explains everything that he is doing/checking and then goes over in detail the service performed. He always gives me the information as he is performing the service so there is never any surprises at the end of his service call. Additionally, I bought my A/C unit from Morehart (Brian was my sales rep also) six years ago and they have taken extremely good care of me. I can't say enough good things about Brian. Wish Morehart could clone him.

Semi-annual check-up. I have gotten two a/c units from Morehart over the last 20 years. Very prompt in getting a new unit same day. Technicians very knowledgeable and professional.

Morehart Air has been an excellent company to work with on a mini-split unit for my business. Specifically, Brian went above and beyond repeatedly to get to the cause of any problems and the company ultimately even went so far as to replace the whole unit when it wasn't performing perfectly.
