A/C ExperTek Service and Installation

Wonderful job of diagnosing our AC problem, dealing with our home warranty company on the repairs and for their professional work ethic. Above and beyond what I expected from most contractors. If you are searching online for AC repair, DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. Our AC went out on a Sunday so I called A/C Expertek first because of their high rating. I thought for sure I was going to have a hard time getting someone to my house on a Sunday morning. Lucky for my wife, and my sanity, William answered the phone the first time I called (really). Not more than 30 minutes after our conversation he was at my house......unbelievable. I thought for sure when he saw my 15 year old unit that he would recommend I replace it. He was very up front and honest and never once sounded like a salesman. He had my AC up and running in less than an hour. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I highly recommend that you call A/C Expertek if you looking for a company that is honest, fair, and knows what good customer service means. I will absolutely be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

My A/C went out this morning on one of my three units. I Googled A/C repair companies in my area. Google showed extremely high ratings for A/C Exper Tek Services and Install from over 100 other customers. I gave Exper Tek a call at 11AM and was told someone would be out between 12 and 3 PM.

Robert arrived at 2 PM. Very professional man. He took a look at my system and had the problem solved within minutes.

This company delivers fast service for an incredible fare price. I am keeping A/C Exper Tek Services and Install in my contacts for any future problems I have with my A/C units.

I called A/C ExperTek because of their great reviews, and I felt it was necessary to write a review for others to see what a fantastic business this is. I called them late in the afternoon and William came out the same day. I knew I was going to need a new A/C unit, but they double checked to see if it could be repaired. I did indeed need a new unit. And their quote was very reasonable. I had called a big name AC company and was quoted double the amount than ExperTek. They had my new unit installed in no time. It was also 115 degrees outside, and they were still upbeat and pleasant doing a job they clearly take pride in. I highly recommend them for your A/C needs!!

Bryce is fantastic!! I called him today (Sunday) as my A/C was not working and I thought it might be my thermostat. He was super helpful with trouble shooting and suggested it may just be the batteries. I never knew thermostats had batteries. I figured out how to change the batteries and it worked!!! He didn't try to sell me anything and was very patient explaining what and how to fix my problem. I am definitely a repeat customer and will be happy to refer him to anyone needing an A/C guy. THANKS BRYCE - YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Imagine that you're under a maintenance contract with company A and, while performing maintenance, they tell you that one of your units needs to be replaced. Remember, you have no cooling issues. Since company A suggested that your other unit be replaced last year, and you agreed (both were 9 years old) you fear that they are being loose with their recommendations and decide to get a second opinion, from company B. You call company B, which answers its phone immediately and are personable and responsive. So responsive that they send a technician, Bryce, that same afternoon! Bryce (and a sidekick, didn't get his name) meet you at your home and after diagnosing, tell you that it is operating well within design specs. Bryce went on to say that "I'd love to sell you a new unit (for $3400, not the $4200 quoted by company A) but "unless you have and endless supply of money, I wouldn't replace the unit". Honesty! Bryce (and sidekick) were friendly and patient with my questions. Needless to say, AC Expertek is company B and will be my HVAC vendor the instant my maintenance contract with company A expires. Maybe I just got lucky and caught AC Expertek and Bryce having a good day, but I don't think so. I would recommend them for your HVAC needs. Like me, I'm confident that you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service! Price was very reasonable, showed up within the time frame, always answers the phone, very professional. This is hard to come by from my experience. Will call Bryce and his team again. Thank you for all the hard work!
