A/C ExperTek Service and Installation

These guys are fantastic. We had WIlliam out to the house for a check-up on our A/C before the summer started. He explained everything and the price was very reasonable. In addition, they came out same day! You can tell these guys understand that it is about building a relationship with the customer, not charging them as much as possible as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

Had William out again. Amazing price for the work we had done! Seriously, call these guys before you call anyone else. They are my only AC guys.

Pricing is reasonable for honest work. Work was done in 3.5 hrs and quality of work was not rushed. Overall process was smooth. Bryce takes the time to answer any questions the customer has. Bryce and his staff are very friendly and professional, I would recommend them as the experience was excellent.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bryce and having him do numerous jobs at my house.
He does great work. Dependable, honest and a seasoned pro in his field.
I highly recommend him for any work you need done and done right. He’s my go to guy from here on in!!

If I could give them more than five star, I would! My AC started blowing hot air and the company that my insurance wanted to send couldn't come until the next day even after I told them that I have a child with a severe heart condition and can't take this kind of heat. I called AC Expertek around 2 p.m and Candy was very sweet and simpatetic to my situation, she told me they were all booked, but she would get with her guys and see if they could help me. She called me back not even 5 minutes later to tell me that they would squeeze me in for same day and that her techs would know how to handle the insurance. Derrick was at my house by 8 and had my Ac back on by 8.45. He was very knowledgeable, fast and made sure all my questions were answered. They have gained a customer for life and I will be recommending them to everyone! I cannot thank you guys enough! It's hard to find companies with this kind of work ethics!

AC Expertek was very professional. It began with Robert who gave an estimate for a Trane upgrade system. It was reasonably priced and way lower than Home Depot. I scheduled the install and Bryce with the installers showed up on time and finished in about 6 hours, he was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Thank you A/C Expertek my house is freezing and I can’t hear the system runNing it is sooo quiet !!

In my book A/C ExperTek Air Conditioning , Heating Service and Installation deserve 10 out of 10 Stars. # 1 For arriving WAY sooner than the short time window that was given. # 2 For getting right to work diagnosing the problem and solving it in a timely manner. # 3 For being up front on parts and pricing before any work continued.(Great fair prices at that!) Things you Do Not get with larger " well known " companies across the valley. I recommend this company to anybody with HVAC issues. Once again Thank you for everything A/C ExperTek Service !

I was very pleased with my service with AC Expertek. I've used them for general checkups for the past 2 years and always I can trust them. They are not out to sell me service/ repairs, I don't need,. This week I fell in dire need because my AC unit stopped working. Bryce came out and assessed my situation within 24 hours and he replaced my unit within the next 24 hours. Living in AZ, you can not ask for more prompt attention to such a matter. I highly recommend Bryce and AC Expertek.

Great service! Bryce (the owner) and a new young man he was training came to do a tune up/maintenance on my A/C unit. Both were nice and took the time to explain what they were checking, why and way the norms should be. They will be coming out in the fall before I run the furnace for sure!

Bryce and his guys had us up and running in a matter of hours with are new system. Was a great experience and will definitely call them with all of are future heating and air conditioning needs. Ty for the great service guys.
