A/C ExperTek Service and Installation

First I want to thank everyone who wrote a review for Bryce and his team...without you I would have made a mistake and called someone else. Bryce took my call and showed up on time. He accurately troubleshot my problem and explained exactly what was wrong with my unit before he did any work, A/C was fixed and he was packed up in less than an hour. Professional, customer oriented, personable, and fast. Not much more I could ask for. Good job ACExpertek!

I can't say enough how please I'm am with these guys! I had another company come out earlier and felt totally ripped off by them. These guys were out within a couple hours of me calling and had my system up and running in 45 minutes...ON A SUNDAY.
ROBERT WAS JUST AWESOME! He thought he had my issues figured out, went up in the attic and found out it was totally something else that was unexpected and had it fixed right away. The bill wasn't outrageous and I was happy to pay it.
I will recommend and have already recommended these guys.

Where do I start? Friendly, Honest, Reliable, Accurate Information, Great Price. I was in need of a new A/C unit and received an offer to bid from "Big Box USA". The Contractor that was to install came out to go over the details. After receiving the final bid I was not sure. Something - my gut instinct - was telling me to get another bid. I remember working closely with Bryce many years ago when I was in Property Management with much success. I checked my phone and I still had his contact info. I made the call. Bryce came out and provided me with a bid on the exact same system. Bryce also pointed out details the others did not. Well for those of you wondering about the price. Bryce was $1,300 less than Big Box's first offer and over $700 less than Big Box's follow up offer trying to close the deal with better price. After reading the reviews from Big Box's unhappy customers I was convinced I made the right Choice. Now that the unit is installed I am very happy I followed my gut instinct and got a better price, from a quality installer who is an honest down to earth small businessman that really appreciated my business. Bryce and his company are amazing. Being a father of 2, not having AC for almost 2 weeks in AZ is horrendous. After having other companies fail to fix the problem, Bryce came on very short notice and was extremely helpful. He explained much of what he was doing and also had the care to clean up the unit that was partially in shambles from previous vendors.

I have definitely found the company I will call when I have any AC troubles in the future. From two little kids, a big thank you to AC Expertek!

Our air conditioner went out in the middle of the night and this is the middle of summer in tempe arizona so our days are about 110 degrees on average so it goes without saying we needed ac ASAP we contacted A/C Expertek and a technician was dispatched immeadiately. They told us our unit was fried and it was when it was spraying freon all over the living room. They instructed us on how to get a temporary air conditioning unit from our apartment complex to hold us over until they installed the new unit the following day. They showed up when they said they would and had the old unit out, the new unit in and cleaned everything up in 2 hours. They showed up with 2 trucks and 1 van, with 5 people. They were very cordial and very clean. They came prepared had everything they needed and cleaned up inside and out so well the only way you knew they were there was the new unit they installed. Afterwords they instructed us on all of the units features and left us with the instruction manual and a card in case we ever had any problems. With great customer service like that they earned a lifelong customer with me. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs you might have.

We loved the service received, Bryce went out of his way to make sure our air conditioning was really working. He was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. We would recommend him to anyone.

A/C ExperTek is fantastic. I just used them for the second time. The first time another air conditioning company said I needed a new air conditioner and wanted to sell me one for $5000. A/C ExperTek came out and found that I only needed a larger capacitor to give me more surge at startup time. They put in a larger capacitor and it worked fine for years. Had another problem today and they found that the breaker had gone bad and replaced it and now it is fixed. They are great at fixing your existing air conditioner rather than trying to sell you a new air conditioner like most companies do. They have great technical skills and are very reliable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Our unit stopped working at 7 pm on a very hot July evening. A/C ExperTek had a technician at my home in less than an hour. He discovered the problem almost immediately, had the needed part available on his truck, fixed our unit quickly and charged us a very reasonable rate. By 8:30 pm my house was comfortable again and I was a very happy customer. I recommend this company very highly!

Well, my upstairs unit blew the compressor and freon was gone. After going through 2 flake companies, I found ACExpertek online. I called Bryce (very helpful, knew exactly what I was talking about).... Bryce had William call me within an hour (9pm)... William would have came out here right away to get me up and running but we have 2 units and we slept downstairs. We were good.... So the next day, William comes out as scheduled, I couldn't ask for a nicer guy, my boys ages 16 and 8 asked to help him out. He was so nice, he let them help him, explained what he was doing and what it meant. My boys really looked up to him as a person. Overall, it was a super amazin experience. I've already refered them to a coworker. Not to mention, the price was the lowest we could find. :)

These guys are the best! They came out on a Sunday, fixed our unit, and got us running again with cold air in about an hour. William was awesome, explained exactly what he was doing and why, and gave us some great tips on maintaining our system in the future. He was also very friendly, and very professional. The price was excellent and affordable.

A/C ExperTech has shattered my (wrong) stereotype of A/C companies, and they have earned all of my future business. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A+++
