Klein Heating and cooling

I hired this company after spooking to them over the phone about what I need to do. The old insulation at my house needed to be replaced with new one. The technician was very nice over the phone and he was able to give me more or less price based on the information I gave him. The guys that came over to my house were able to remove the old insulation and to install the new one in a 2 days’ work. This was very good and hassle free work. Thanks.

I received a call from their office and I asked them to come over and check my attic. When they inspect my attic, they showed me some pictures of the attic and he recommended me to replace small part of the insulation. The price that he gave me was good and I allowed Jose to replace it. It was a 4 hours job and Jose did a great job and mainly without a mess.

This company is very professional & honest. Front Office scheduler did a great job with communications, (a schedule change occurred - no fault of the company - and let us know way in advance). Tomer and His recommendations and feedback is on the mark with the HVAC system status - does not try to sell you extra baggage fees like other vendors do! For the annual inspection cost of the visit, it is well worth the investment to put one in their "comfort zone" for the hot summer season! Also note all the written. We will be repeat customers in the future!!!!

I needed my A/C unit replaced. It required installing a new double pole circuit breaker and and re-running the copper line set from inside the house to the new location. Tomer and Josh were clearly very skilled, and experienced. They determined that the inside lines (within the ceiling and walls) would not easily be accessed and connected to without significant damage to the drywall. They proposed several alternatives and we opted to re-route the outside lines up and through the garage attic to be dropped down at the new location. The guys were punctual, patient, professional, %100 respectful of my home.
Getting work done at my home is stressful and expensive. I love it when I find a great company that really delivers. Thanks for all your hard work !!!!

Called them the day before and they set me up for early appointment. The tech showed up on time was very courteous and wore his mask the entire time. He was very knowledgeable about everything and had no problem answering my many questions. He was quick clean and very efficient. Will definitely be using there services again.

Our home is 40 years old and after the new AC were installed, the improved air flow created a rattling in the old intake grate. Klein Heating and cooling tech came out to fix it and had to go the extra mile to make it work. Amazing conscientious guy, wonderful customer service, went over and above, and just super nice. This company absolutely lives up to its 5-star rating. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. The specialist who arrived at our home had extensive HVAC knowledge and was able to convey it in such a way that the layman could understand. Also, the specialist really seemed to enjoy working on the ac system.
