After my initial call to service my air conditioner Klein Heating and cooling technician arrived within a few hours and went right to work with his problem solving skills. He went through everything and gave me some very optimistic options. I appreciated his approach to help save me money if possible. Our 18 year old water heater decided to spring a leak and after doing some research we decided to have Klein Heating and cooling install our new one. We received same day punctual service and our installer, could not have done a better job. Since the last install there have been new codes put in place and he brought everything up to code for us, and explained all the new regulations. Klein Heating and cooling Service Experts has done a great job of helping me maintain my Air Conditioning unit. The tech that came out to tune up my AC, was right on time, very helpful and answered all of the questions I had. The technician was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the system after three other companies failed to figure out the problem. After wasting $1000 with the other places, I not only am glad I found them, I purchased a new entire system for my house which they installed 3 days after I ordered it and were fast, clean, and did a perfect job. We had a whole-house dehumidifier installed by Klein Heating and cooling team and we could not be happier with how things went. I waited several months to write this review to make sure everything worked during the cooler months when we've had the most problems-and it has. These guys are so professional and knowledgeable and the results have been amazing. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Klein Heating and cooling was good to communicate with. He showed up on time and completed the job in under the time he initially proposed. He wore booties to keep the house clean and a mask at my request. I was very pleased with his professionalism. I only wish I had spoken to him about the replacement faucet. Although it works fine as a laundry tap faucet and appears to be installed correctly, we just don't like the actual look of the gold tap installed. So just make sure you speak about that beforehand.

Klein Heating and cooling crew were fantastic. They explained everything of what needed to be done to fix a broken/clogged pipe under our yard. Clear communication the whole way, work was done exactly when they said, no tricks or games on the invoice either. The price quoted is the price charged. And best of all, they left no mess. I actually think our driveway is cleaner now than before they came.

Needed to finally replace my 20 yr old gas water heater. Did a lot of research online and called Klein Heating and cooling. One technician showed up the next day after about 2 hours installed a new one. Did an excellent job and thoroughly explained everything. Would highly recommend.
