Five-star service from the company. I called Klein Heating and cooling at 11:43 AM to make an appointment for the next day about our water heater. At 3:23PM the same day, they sent me a text asking if he can stop by my home in half an hour. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough with his work (I’m still amazed as how he himself get the old tank out and the new one in by himself). He cleaned up everything after he finished. Before he left, he explained what we may expect with the new heater and what to do when the pilot light is out. I would recommend Klein Heating and cooling to my family and friends and those who need this service.

Tomer came to my house to install my Google face plate and wire it. I added a photo of the item he installed. He was professional, friendly, and well priced. Took him less then an hr. He was easy and flexible with my busy schedule. I would recommend him to anyone. I plan on painting that square peice in the picture and I requested he just install the parts.

My tankless water heater was putting out lukewarm water. I searched the Google for a certified service company and picked Klein Heating and cooling based on their excellent past ratings. The Klein Heating and cooling service tech showed up within 48 hours. He was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He assessed the heater and made a number of suggestions on improving the installation which I agreed to. He sent me a written quotation on the improvements that I approved before he started work, which I thought was extremely professional. When he completed the work the flow through my heater had increased from 1 gallon per minute to 3-1/2 gallons per minute. I got very hot water from the taps for the first time in months. And my central heating, which uses water heated by the Klein Heating and cooling, is toastier than it has been all year.

So glad we went with Klein Heating and cooling for our new AC earlier this year. They have come out multiple times since then getting everything just right. It was not the cheapest option, but so glad we didn't go budget on such a big and important purchase for our house. They look after their installs and maintain them great. Today one technician came out for a 6 month checkup and was great and super thorough. Also super understanding when I messed up the time for the appointment

Today’s repair was less urgent, and they came within one business day. They keep to their quote, and everything is billed and invoiced electronically, which is great for record keeping.

Klein Heating and cooling technician stopped by today to fix a plumbing issue in our laundry room. He was very nice and professional and fixed our leak right away. He also went the extra mile and fixed a trim piece in our kitchen. I would highly recommend him.

One plumber from Klein Heating and cooling came and asked for the history of the drain and then took a look. He said that the drain is more than likely blocked. He took pictures and will discuss options back at the shop and come up with a proposal. He is very professional and I really appreciate his honesty. It’s the first time I have used Klein Heating and cooling and my guess is that he reflects the culture of the company.

Our water heater was overdue for replacement, and once it started showing signs of old age we knew the time had come for a new one.
