Always happy to help. Always HONEST. Always on time if not early. I trust this company immensely. They thoroughly inspected and fixed my issue and rather than trying to sell me a new unit they are honest to let me know about when I might want to start thinking about saving for one in a year or two.

Our service technician arrived in a timely manner and we were notified in advance that he was on his way to our home. The technician serviced our two units for their annual maintenance and replaced the filters. We would highly recommend K and R Refrigeration. They did replace our air conditioning units several years ago that were over 15 years old.

When Cole showed up he was extremely accommodating and methodical in his problem solving process. He took the time to explain what he was doing and available options. He was able to get us up and running in no time. I was so impressed with the service because the HVOC company I stayed with for 20 years would not take the additional steps needed to get our system back in operation. Simply, I was impressed.

K&R Refrigeration came to my rescue this morning. My ac unit's drain was clogged and water was making a mess. I am a new customer and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday. Prompt, efficient and reasonably priced!
