He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Explained what he was going to do and explained why and when to have it done like cleaning coils and remembering to change batteries in thermostats. I thought the price was fair. To me dependability in a company is worth maybe paying a little more.

Jon, the technician was very professional. He was in time, quick with the tepair and he did an annual maintenance as well. K&R is fair on their prices and will get your service done quickly.

I have used K&R for approximately 40 years. Have never had a complaint. The technicians are knowledgeable and polite. The charges are reasonable. You can not go wrong with K&R.

I called K & R for help with putting in a new thermostat. They came out the next day and took care of the problem promptly. They had to rewire part of my air handler to make it work with a new smart thermostat. I had a tuneup scheduled for June but since they were here they did that anyway. Great service, really nice technicians. The office staff was also very nice to work with. I highly recommend K and R refrigeration.

Curtis did a thorough explanation of current unit health and options for improvement. Also, very reasonable price.

I called Tues morning because after changing the battery in my thermostat, the screen was blank. Stacy told me someone would be out the next afternoon. Then I got a call later that someone would be out between 10 and 11. Jon was here at 10:15. He reprogrammed my thermostat, then said he would check my unit that is on the roof. This was all included in the same price. I would never use any one else. This is a company that cares about their customers .

Our AC stopped working, so I asked a neighbor if they had a referral. K and R was her strong recommendation. I left a voicemail last night and received a follow up call first thing this morning. The service tech arrived at the earliest opportunity and had the repair complete in less than an hour. Fast, friendly, and efficient. I encourage everyone to use K and R for your needs.

Working with K&R Refrigeration to replace our 24 year old air conditioner was an excellent experience. They came out to review what they would be doing prior to installation. Every time they come out they email and text you to let you know the technician is on his way. Very efficient. Curtis and his partner did an excellent job installing the new unit today. Very polite and personable. Showed us how to use the thermostat. I would highly recommend K&R Refrigeration for new air conditioning. Their price was lower for a Trane air conditioner than their competitors.
