Heath came out as soon as he could to check why our downstairs A/C unit was running. Luckily it was a quick fix with just a simple capacitor swap, but his knowledge of the parts being used was the most helpful. He explained how some contractors use cheap parts that could further damage the units over time and when I saw my 2 year capacitor, made somewhere in Asia, next to the one Heath brought, made in the USA, I could tel his expertise was what we needed. I hope our 15 year old A/C units can last another few years now and when they completely go out, I’ll be calling Heath at Heath’s Air to replace them for me.

This company is A1. They are responsive, HONEST and dependable. They tell you what's wrong, give you fair price to repair and how to maintain your system. We had a system outage, over a weekend I called Heath's left a message they called me back and came to repair the system in 24 hrs. No crazy up selling. They even get on you about periodic filter replacement :). They have been my go to for all AC/Heatings services.

Heath’s team is the best in the business! They replaced my 18 year old clunker with a brand new 4 ton. We had a “hot” room upstairs and Heath designed a route of a 2nd duct and register and for the first summer it’s no longer the hottest room in the house. Thanks Heath!

I selected Heath's Air out of 9 companies who sent me 21 proposals for various types of new HVAC systems.
I had a 36 year old split system heat pump that was so old, it didn't even have a SEER rating. It was loud, using a ton of electricity, and it was just time to get a new one.
Originally I wanted to go with a split system Trane, but Heath told me about the benefits of the Bosch Package Unit. Luckily we have ample roof space with direct access to the attic, which was perfect for the Bosch Package Unit.
Heath's Air pricing was fair and they don't nickel & dime you to death with "extras."
But the main reason I selected Heath's Air was because of the owner. He is honest and has the character to do what it takes to make the customer happy. No hard sales pitches or anything like that. I felt that he was taking care of me like he was taking care of his own home.
I received my first SRP electricity bill after the Bosch Package Unit was installed and I'm happy. I have a 2500sf home with 18' high ceilings and a pool.
For billing cycle April 14 - May 14, last year, I used 1,132kwH at $143, but this year, I used 994kwH at $122. This has saved me $21, and even though it's not a HUGE savings, summer just started and I expect to save much more as the temps increase.
Beyond the lower electricity bill, my home is more comfortable and doesn't have the many hot spots like it used to have.
I recommend Heath's Air for anyone who needs good, honest, reliable, affordable HVAC company.

A/C stopped working. Heath's was able to get to it right away and fixed the problem within an hour from the time they got there. They also called and said they had an opening so they were able to do the work several hours earlier than they had scheduled.

The technician was friendly, honest and professional. Came for an annual tune up, found an underperforming part and replaced it on warranty. Worked hard to address my concerns.
