We had an issue with our AC and we contacted Heath's Air. With this week being high temperatures, we were very worried about our home temperature rising and of course the problem at hand. Heath installed a Bosch 5 ton 17.5 SEER split heat pump two years ago. No complaints, only praise, so far. The system is efficient and quiet. The inverter system keeps the inside temperature consistent and the electric bills a bit lower. Good price, good warranty makes the Bosch a good deal. Professional work habits and no annoying hard-sell tactics by Heath make it a better deal. If you need a new AC, heat pump, repairs or maintenance, give Heath’s Air a call.

Our air conditioning unit went out the Saturday night before Easter Sunday. We called several emergency AC companies. Heath’s Air responded the fastest. The next morning at 8am on Easter, Heath was there inspect the broken unit. He ordered a new ac system and had a crane install a new system onto our roof within 48 hours. We could not be more impressed with the stellar service we received.

In 2009, I had a new system installed by Hendel's. It has never worked very well and they continually told me it needed coolant, service, etc. I called Heath's Air to get a quote on a new system. He took a look at my system (up on top of the house) and the ducts and recommended that I get an "over under" system. After asking a few other companies for a quote, no other company recommended the "over under." I decided to go with Heath's because what he said made sense to me. They installed the unit yesterday and I cannot believe the difference it has made!! I can actually feel cold air coming out of all the vents. Heath explained that the previous company "twisted" the air so it was not being pushed out anywhere close to the amount it is now! I appreciated Heath explaining what I needed and then doing the extra work to get the unit I needed (it is not popular). In addition, the office manager, Kerri, was nice and professional. The installers had a flat tire on the way and called to give me status updates. Everyone was 100% professional and kind! I would highly recommend this company.

So great! My AC stopped working and they were out the next morning to check it out. Courteous and professional; I had clients all morning and they were so respectful when passing in and out of the home. Highly recommend!

I mis-wired a new thermostat, and in my carelessness during installation, I blew a fuse, leaving my parents with a hot house overnight. Heath stopped by first thing in the morning and replaced the fuse, repaired all of my installation mistakes, and offered me some excellent and practical advice for keeping the system working well.
