Heath's Air LLC

We had Heath's Air install a heat pump last week. They are very professional and punctual. From the ladies in the office who are so friendly and never make you feel like a bother, to the owner, installers, and maintenance, all have been outstanding. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent company. Very prompt and even made a return visit the following day to ensure it was working well. When the AC goes out in the dead heat of summer, Heath’s professionalism and easy going explanation of my system and it’s problems were a huge relief. And he got it fixed in about 20 minutes so that’s a plus. Jen, the dispatcher was incredibly kind and organized. Can’t recommend Heath’s & crew enough!

They did a great job on the project. They were able to come the same day which was a great help. They did a great job communicating when they could be there and when they were on their way. The guy who fixed it was nice and on point with what the problem was and fixed it right away.

We had Heath’s install a new unit about a month ago. We noticed yesterday that the living room was not cooling down and this was the third time we notice this happening. All the other zones were working so we called them to come check it out. They arrived promptly at 9 am like they said they would and found the problem. Tech did a inspection of all the other rooms to make sure they were all working properly before he left to make sure we don’t experience the same problem in the other rooms. It’s the quick action to fix the problem that I was most happy with.

Chris and Weston were great. Arrived to fix our AC on the same day that it broke. They were very knowledgeable and courteous As always when you use Heaths Air you receive prompt, quality, and courteous care. Would highly recommend.

Stephan came out and was fantastic. He was fast, on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. He kept me updated through out the process too. I will now be requesting him if I have another issue with AC. He deserves a raise after seeing him climb as high as he did on that latter too. And I hope he receives one! The company came out literally less than 2hours after I called, on a Saturday morning. I can't thank them enough.

After dealing with Alaskan A/C who was horrible from the maintenance tech to the management, Trevor did a great job and I'm very happy I had Heath's air come out for a second opinion. Heath's air installed my air conditioner in my previous house, so I knew they would do a great job in my new one, and I'm glad I went back to them.
