Juan Alvarez was very friendly, professional, and courteous. The company responded quickly on a weekend when my AC was not working. Unfortunately I had to replace the entire unit but it was quick and smooth thanks to Juan.

I cannot speak highly enough of Juan at Vertex. I will definitely be using their services in the future. I had an evap coil that was leaking refrigerant and needed to be replaced. I had 3 companies give me estimates. One failed to tell me there was a call/trip fee of $85 ahead of time to diagnose the system and quoted $3400-$3600 to complete the repair(depending on amount of refrigerant added). I'm ok with the trip/call fee if informed ahead of time. The other company $2800 for the same repair and Juan(Vertex) $2300. Crazy the discrepancy in estimates for the same repair. Not only was Vertex the most affordable, they communicated throughout the process, was on time and showed up when stated they would so it would minimize the interruptions to my work schedule. Juan took the time to look over a couple hot spots in our home and give us ideas/suggestions to improve. I never got the feeling Juan was trying to sell me anything. Just informing so we could make decisions. I will be referring Vertex to friends and family needing ac/heating services without hesitation.
