My AC went out one night. Juan stopped by early that morning. I had him install my whole AC system brand new. I can not be more happy with my units and service!!! I will be recomending this company for sure. The working crew was awsome they get down to business!!!

AC set for 79 and the coolest was 83 and higher. Called Juan Alvarez with Vertex Heating & Cooling and he messaged back within minutes; made appointment for the following morning. AC was low on freon. AC is working great down, house is beginning to cool down to 79.

I needed someone ASAP! Juan came out within 1 hour, had to go pick up a part, came back and was done within an hour. He even checked our outside units for us (to our surprise) and told us what we can do ourselves to help our unit. Great guy and honest.

Haven’t had the ac maintenance ever and didn’t know who to trust someone suggested Juan and made an appointment. Came on time checked the unit answered my questions and very helpful. Would recommend his services.

Fixed our Ac unit in just about 15 minutes, amazing response time and very polite and professional! Called at 8am and was at our house by noon the same day. Highly recommend and will be recommending to others that need it!

I called Vertex when my living room AC stopped blowing cold air. Juan was here very quickly. He diagnosed the issue (bad outdoor fan motor), then gave his recommendation for the repair. He had my AC up and running about an hour after he arrived. Calling Vertex is definitely the way to go if you have an issue with your AC.

Vertex was referred to me by a friend for my annual check-up. They responded quickly, were on time, and did not try to upsell me on anything. I will be calling them in the future and referring them to friends.
