Late last night, the day before a holiday, our AC went off. I was not only anxious because we just moved to this state, but also because it was the night before a major holiday.
I put on social media that my air had died and many locals started listing different places. I instantly received a referral about his company but also received a direct message from the office that they had an opening first thing this morning.
Juan took all of my information, set an appointment, texted before he came and was right on time. He was quick to diagnose the issue, had the parts with him and fixed everything within an hour.
He also took the time to give me some future advice and answered all of my questions.
His pricing was reasonable!
I will definitely keep his number for all future maintenance and concerns!!

Juan was very nice, informative and he fixed my issue very fast! I thought it'd cost like $1000 because I've never had maintenence on my unit since I bought my house 2yrs ago and was worried something was wrong with it but I only paid $250! Well worth it, I will definitely call them again if I need anything else :)

I use Vertex Heating & Cooling for maintenance every 6 months (before winter and summer). Today he replaced my thermostat with a Nest so I can control it via my cell phone. Juan was great and he made sure that the app was installed and working before he left.

We called vertex late last night due to our AC being out. We were told someone would be here 7-8am. Our AC was up and running by 8am and we couldn’t be happier. Excellent service, great communication, fair pricing, and more than anything thank you for showing up at the scheduled time.

Vertex had by far the best prices and absolutely exceptional service. I think they could beat any price in the valley and they are trustworthy and professional. I will absolutely use them again.

we called juan on a weekend and we were told someone would be here 10-12am on monday. we received a text at 10 and someone was here a few minutes later. it is now 11:30 and our house is finally cooled off! thanks so much, juan! we highly recommend vertex air and will continue to use them in the future should a problem arise.

Where do I begin. Met Juan last year after I did repairs on my HVAC system but made a simple mistake that he didn’t charge me for.

Had him come back this year as both of our AC units decided to not work properly. Both had a leak of some sort and after discussing it with my wife, we opted to get a new system. We contacted other companies for a quote but all of our attempts to reach others fell on deaf ears. No one responded but Juan.

Within 4 days of signing the proposal, Juan and his crew installed 2 new HVAC units, a new furnace, new thermostats and everything was done in less than a day. With the heat coming soon, we are more than grateful for getting this done so fast. His crew was professional, respectful, communicating everything, and very polite. The job was done far faster than we had expected.

Will definitely be using Vertex for years to come!!!
