Alex G was very professional and thorough when he came out to check my A/C units. He explained the work that he performed throughout the service. I really appreciated all that he did today!

We called Perfect Service Heating & Air around 10:00 am requesting A/C repair. Scott showed up by 1:00 and was able to identify and repair the issue quickly and efficiently. This young man was professional, courteous and very personable. You would do well to call this company if you need services!

I called a service call in at 6:30-7pm because my AC was not cooling. Your service tech Jason Threadgill came out and replaced my capacitor, which was still under warranty. He was knowledgeable, professional and prompt in replacing the capacitor. I’m so glad I made the purchase of this unit 2 yrs ago from you. Thank you again Jason!

Ty showed up and was very professional. He answered all the questions that I asked. He also let me know what all he had to do every step of the way.

Technician was extremely courteous and prompt. He was so careful to not leave foot tracks in house, cleanliness and always told me what and where he was working as we have upstairs and downstairs AC units. Completed service in timely manner and made sure we knew he was finished and asked if we had any question. Probably the best tech I have ever used. Very happy.

Jacob was very kind, professional and explained what happened to the system and didn't mind answering all of my questions. He was able to repair the system in a timely manner. Also, from start to finish, Landon helped by answering my questions and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I feel like a valued customer and since having such a positive experience with Perfect Service Heating & Air, they now have a repeat customer!

This company employs lazy, dishonest workers who cut corners and provide terrible service

My Dad purchased a whole AC unit 10 years ago. I had a situation where the condensation line backed up and caused water damage in our den, ruining our new flooring. Came to discover the installation technician ran the condensate drain to empty in my crawlspace instead of running the line properly to exit out onto the front yard area!! Essentially, they were responsible for depositing water under my home for YEARS, resulting in expensive water damage and mold and mildew growth

It took them over a month after I called and asked them to come fix the condensate drain correctly with a condensate line pump

Run…don’t let this company provide you with the deplorable service I received
