TJ was great. He was ontime, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough to name a few of his many good traits. Overall a great experience. I wish all service technicians of various industries were as good as TJ

I purchased a new air conditioner and HVAC last summer.
I came home yesterday to find the air conditioning not working.
I called this morning and left a message that was returned quickly.
Despite being short handed, Perfect Service came same day to fix the unit.

Cody and JD did a great job. Very helpful, polite and took the time to explain everything. They made sure the repair was successful before leaving. As in the past, I’ve had to call other companies back to the house because the job was not completed fully or the repair didn’t actually get done, i especially appreciate them making sure the job was done right.

In record heat, and on a weekend, our HVAV stopped blowing cold air. The Perfect Service technician, Chris, stayed on the job until after midnight and fixed the HVAC. Highly recommend!

My service tech did a thorough, professional job on my summer servicing. Polite and knowledgeable, and I would be thrilled to have him come out for any of my HVAC needs.

Chris W. was very nice, very professional, very thorough. He was efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. He got along with my 2 big, noisy dogs, and wasn't intimidated by them, and I'll be glad to have him come back anytime.

I used Perfect Service for a while and they were constantly calling me to get my unit serviced. The last time I told them I had someone servicing it now that I no longer needed their service. So had a new agent from perfect service call me today after I asked them not to, and when I kindly said I had someone already helping me, the agent hung up on me immediately. I can't believe how rude and pushy this company is. Would not recommend giving them your phone number or any indication you are interested, there are too many good service companies that won't pressure you into doing something you don't want, much less being rude to you.

The technicians was friendly and on time. He introduced himself and explained what he came to do. He did the service in a timely manner.
Like always I am very satisfied with the company and the service provided.

Quality repair work performed. Cody was the technician and he was very informative and explained clearly why the repair entailed and made some good recommendations for ongoing maintenance. Overall a good experience.
