I’m not happy about how everything happened the night of the service call but Landon with Perfect Service has made things right. He agreed that things were not done correctly and that that is not how they are trained or how they want to conduct business. He apologized and took ownership of the situation and agreed more training is needed. He also mentioned that this would be addressed with the technician internally. While the technician did many things wrong, I must say Landon did things the right way and has earned a good bit of respect from me. Not only did he agree to refund me the $89 for their service call but he even refunded me the $325 I paid another company to fix the problem.

HORRIBLE! Total SCAM of a company! Charged me $89 for a service fee and said my compressor and coil needed replaced but said the HVAC was too old to be worth fixing and it could take 3 weeks to even get the parts. He also cut my duct work open without asking me and left without patching it back up. Then said the cheapest unit I could get was MINIMUM $10k-12k. The entire time he was very anxiety producing and kept saying “well it is what it is.” I called other companies and they gave me quotes for half the price on a new unit. After seeing that and hearing from multiple companies that Perfect Service is known for screwing people over I called someone else to come look at it. The only thing wrong was the capacitor went out. They replaced the part and charged me $325 total and my HVAC is working perfectly. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of money and stress and stay away from these crooks!

Alexander did an awesome job! Office personnel also extremely high quality and professional.

Jacob did a great job and was very professional, knowledgeable, and did exactly what he was supposed to do. He arrived on time to clean my older unit inside and out.

I was skeptical before his visit, but his knowledge was incredible and he pointed out issues with my older system, but wasn't too "pushy". He stuck with facts, and as a sales rep myself, I respect that.

I will be using Perfect Service in the future for sure.

Alex performed my AC maintenance and Jeff checked my water heater. Alex is quite thorough and answered every question I had. Jeff was patient with me even as I had a mini meltdown when I found out that my water heater needed to be replaced. Both Alex and Jeff were personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Because of them, I would recommend Perfect to anyone I know. Sheila was wonderful also. Thanks to all of you!

Scott Hurst is the technician that came out today he was very competent and thorough. He got my system back up and running and it's coloring great. Anytime I have problems I would like to have Scott back.

Jacob provided professional and personable service when he visited my home. After dealing with Jacob and because of his service, I will be dealing with this company in the future. He is a fine young employee. It would be in your company's future interests to retain and promote him. Millard Jones
