Head's Heating & Air Conditioning

They are slow about coming out the dispatch will not call you if they are running behind so if you don't call them you will be sitting and waiting I had an 8AM appointment they showed up around 4 that evening only because I call fussing but they are nice on the phone out of the four tech I have dealt with two knew what they was doing one told me my problem should've been fix four months ago after my 1st complaint said they knew about it from other complaints but they waited until my warranty was up to charge me

DON'T USE HEADS AC SERVICE THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!! THEY CAME OUT AND SAID THEY REPAIRED A LEAK ON MY CENTRAL UNIT. TWO MONTHS LATER THE COOLANT LEAKED OUT AND THEY WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THE WORK THEY DONE. VERY DISHONOST COMPANY. I AM DISABLED AND THE TECH TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION.

Tech arrive when he said he would. Called to tell me he was headed my way and would be here in about 20 minutes. Very professional.
