24 service, no-good not Professional. Unless you have a service agreement. One star they did call back.

My experience was say the least pleasant. The technician was very polite, professional and most importantly knowledgeable about my situation! My issue was addressed and explained in detail how to fix the problem! I will certainly used this company again. Thanks Brenda

Once called for service issue, your call is returned in a timely manner. Technician give you a time when he will arrive and it's right on time as stated. Job done with no problem, excellent service as always

United was amazing, starting with Cody that came out and gave us an estimate, the price was within my budget on what we needed. I love the service people that come out to service our unit in the spring and fall. No issues at all. I have also recommended them to friends and they used United as well. I did get estimates from other companies as well but United was the best in all that they were doing. The sales and service with United is great. I will never use another company. Honest good people who are local!

I am truly disappointed with this company. My wife and I have had Mike S. come out for almost a year off and on now come next month to troubleshoot our electrical outlets to figure out why our lights in the whole house keeps flickering and power surging. However, after a home inspection dated 04 October 2021, and only living in the home five days during that time, until now the issue still remains. All I know is that this organization refuses to identify and fix the issue, even with the boss being present in the past. Our warranty runs out next month and maybe this is what the business is waiting for. Please proceed with caution when using this organization for anything electrical in your home because it may result in potential hazards down the line. I do recommend going with someone more reliable and reachable. This is why we are getting a second opinion to ensure that everyone stays HONEST!
