    We needed to replace a rubber boot on our washer. I thought I could DIY it… long story short, I called Ed’s and through sheer persistence they got the job done.

    Worst ever! Don’t waste your money or time. Guy didn’t have definite answers. It was “probably” or “maybe” answers. I called about two appliances but once he got here, there was only one appliance malfunctioning but he tried to charge for both! He had an attitude and continued to take phone calls during the “diagnostics”. He also made smart and snide comments under his breath. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

    Called Ed's to repair my oven. They came out looked at it. Didn't test anything. Said it need a part. Charged me $80 to walk in the house and literally look at the oven. Called me back that afternoon and said they couldn't find the part. I told them I found it online thru SearsPartsDirect. He said to order it and they would put it in. Part came in, called Ed's and was told they might be able to get to it next week. Don't use the company. They don't have access to parts are they are just guessing when they say what needs to be done. Then they don't want to come back to finish the job. Horrible company!

    Paid $200 to have my refrigerator repaired and it still doesn't work. The best advice I ever received from this company was to replace a dryer that he could not repair.

    Terrible customer services my appointment was at 1pm and 1:15pm I call to see what was going on and they said we running behind about two hours, when was anybody going to call me after I get off work waiting on them and he had a nasty attitude. I wouldn’t refer my dog to this company.

    He came on time and did a great job. The refrigerator quit working again and he only charged for the part. I'll use him in the future.
