We've used this company for plumbing, septic and most recently for hvac services. They always respond and are punctual for appointments. The office communicates well. Their commitment to completing the job was outstanding!

We were buying a home that needed electrical brought up to code inside and outside of home. Brandon came out looked at what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable quote. I had gotten a quote the previous day and the guy quoted a price that was more than double the quote that Brandon gave. The 2 guys that Brandon sent out to do the work were very courteous and professional. It was a pretty big job but they were done in 3 days and we could not be more satisfied with the work that they done, they even made sure that they cleaned up behind themselves. We will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks again guys for a job well done.

I called Pro Services to clear a drain and fix a sink. The drain clearing cost $300.00 yes I could not be told what was clogging the drain. The sink was taken apart and the tech gave me the part and told me how to fix it....which it did not work.

While onsite, we showed him a light that was flickering. He told me I could pay him $415 to replace the light with one he had on the truck....without diagnosing an issue.

He returned today. To replace the light. In doing so took out all the lights in my dining room. Then had to call help just to replace a switch that was not causing an issue and put me back where we started with the light flickering.

Then tried to leave without putting tiles back. And didn't pay for his lunch.

Never use this company.

Pro Services has done repairs at my home twice now. Once my A/C went out and then the kitchen sink wouldn't drain. The workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. And they are always on time! I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating and air needs.

Very professional and efficient. Showed up right on time (no unnecessary waiting). Identified the non-functioning compressor and fan and offered multiple options for repair. Fair pricing, great service and were wonderful with myself and my animals (huge plus for me and my pups). Broke everything down and went above and beyond to clean our unit and get it blowing cooler and better than before. Will be contacting for future services. Thank you! Now we're ready to tackle summer.

I never heard back from them after the initial service call. They were supposed to send quotes.

My ac was blowing hot air so i called pro services to fix. The technician diagnosed my unit and installed a compacitor for $400($15 part which took 10 mins to install) and left. The unit worked less than an hour, so called back he said it was the wiring so he charged another $189 on top of the $400 already spent and this didn't fix the unit so he now is trying to sell a new unit for $8500 after charging $589 for fixing absolutely nothing!!! I asked for a refund since my unit was misdiagnosed and they specifically had on the reciept i had a 90 day warrany. Insted they refused to refund my money . I even offered to pay the service call fee but refused to refund money. The sad part about the whole situation is that they tried to sell me a $1000 dollors for the exact same repair but with different warranty.

Great Service, excellent technicians, fair price. Will use again for any future repair needs.

I've recently used their services twice. Appear to be very knowledgeable. My biggest concern aside from the service is that between both service calls, no one wore mask and operated as if we're not in the middle of a pandemic.

They showed up on time and repaired my unit quickly and efficiently. Very happy with this company and would recommend this company to everybody. Top notch customer service
