We had a situation while having countertops installed! We have waited months for the countertops and they could not proceed without fixing an issue that happened. We called Pro Services in a panic and they were fantastic. They saved us today and we appreciate their help tremendously!

Company provided immediate assistance in regards to remedying my water heater emergency . I was not getting hot water to into my home. Within a few hours, Mason was dispatched out to inspect my unit. It was confirmed that it was needing to be replaced. Had the finance department been available at the time, I would have gotten my installment done the same evening.

The very next morning, I was able to apply for financing of my water heater in which the process was very quick and efficient. Within hours, my replacement unit was installed and my issue was resolved. The company’s personnel was very professional and I am pleased with their services they provided. I would use this company again for other needed and available services, and I would most definitely recommend them.

The technician Mason that came out to service my AC unit was amazing! He was on time, courteous and explain the procedure and charges to me throughly. He was in and out in about an hour. Awesome service! I would highly recommend.

I had an AC unit that had a bad capacitor and needed charged up. Also had two hose valves that needed repair and a breaker installed in the main power panel. Mason did a great job with all of it. He was courteous and professional and did his best to save me a few dollars. Their packages can be pricey to say the least. But if you want it done right and quick by great pros give them a call

The entire staff here at ProServices, from the sweet lady that took my call to the Estimate Technician to the Technicians that actually got in the dirt to fix everything were Absolutely GREAT from start to finish. They did a wonderful job that ALL of the companies in Tuscaloosa City and County Septic Services I called before them didn't have the nerve, work ethics or knowledge to do. I really appreciate them so much and I would recommend this company to anyone in the Tuscaloosa and surrounding area! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You company's name says it all! Great service and responsiveness! Awesome work identifying and repairing a broken sewer line under our concrete patio. They did the entire job including concrete removal and replacement.

Came right out after 6pm when a shut off valve started leaking pretty bad. Repair was quick and done very well. Thank you! Will be calling again if we have other issues!
