Nathan Martin did a great job on repairing the water heater it was an old water heater and they cleaned it out and it was just like new. They knew just what needed to be done and were very professional in everything that was done. Very nice and curious. Thank you pro Services BILL AND JUDY CHAPMAN

Worked performed was just fine but the mess left behind in all rooms and basement was not acceptable. Used my step ladders but did not fold or put back where they came from. Left dirty marks on my walls that were just painted 6 months ago. Left everything that fell while replacing the pipes and everything that fell out of the pipes in my floors. Then left the old pipes in my mud sink instead of throwing them away. I am not happy!

The staff and service were wonderful. The technician was honest and gave us multiple options to choose from to fix our unit. He quickly found the parts and did a great job getting our air going again. We are very thankful, especially in this hot Alabama weather.
