The first time I used this company a year ago I was impressed. Not so much today. I called them about 7 AM this morning (5/10/23) to see if I could schedule someone to come out and take a look at my ac which stopped working. The guy on the phone was flaky like the elevator doesn't go to the top floor. He said they'd had a couple calls already and he'd see if he could find someone to take a look and that was it, no call back. I tried calling them back around 9 AM to let them know don't bother because I found someone else, but no one answered the phone and I let ring a dozen times.

Their guy was very professional, and on time, the repair was done promptly and works perfectly.Highly recommend

I received excellent customer service from Matthew. He gave me accurate information and quote regarding cost of labor and parts for HVAC service. I liked that he seemed to really care about my issues and worked to resolve it at a reasonable price.

Matthew Reisner came out give me a quote walked me through every step of what they were going to do. And I was satisfied. Two days later they came out and completely exchanged our heating and air system with a new air-conditioning unit and they did such a great job and were very thorough and kind. I gave them five stars for their work. I would higher them again.

Our A/C unit outside went out while we were out of town. When we got back at almost 8 one night, it was 90 degrees in our house. We called them that night and they had a tech come out the next morning. Robbie came out and tested our system and found our compressor was going out. He charged our system to get the house cooled down and helped us with trying to figure out the best system for our house. A couple days after figuring our what we needed, Robbie and another tech had our old system out and our new system in just a few hours. Robbie was very quick and very professional. I will definitely be using Elite Aire again should need arise.
