AC went out twice in less than a year. Both times this company came out and serviced it, and both times they said the refrigerant was low and they had to refill it (which should not be an issue given the age of the system and the fact that they supposedly refilled it and fixed a leak the first time). When the AC went out AGAIN one month after they serviced it a second time, I called a different company who fixed the issue in less than an hour for $200 less than what Aircare Systems charged. Essentially, it seemed like I was scammed.

We had a new system installed by another company five years ago and it was never right. It froze up almost daily every summer. Year after year the company that installed it said there was nothing wrong with it. So enough was enough. We needed it fixed.

I sent an e-mail to Air Care Systems with the subject line: "Need an Expert".
They replied quickly and came out as scheduled. Totally professional. They diagnosed the problem and confirmed what the problem was with the manufacturer of the unit and ordered the replacement part . The very next morning they showed up as planned and installed the part. The system now is FANTASTIC and unbelievable! It's been flawless and we are beyond happy! We've had plenty of hot and humid weather and it's so refreshing to have the system working so great.

The service we received from Air Care was outstanding and surpassed all of our expectations. Our unit was replaced quickly, and the technician was knowledgeable, professional, and beyond courteous. He went above and beyond. We highly recommend this company, and we will be calling on them for future heating and cooling needs.

Up date please read all of this!So We called this company on Friday to look at our walk-in cooler. The tech told us that the compressor was locked up and replacement would be 7500. He charged 270 for the service call 135 for service call OT CALL AND 135 labor. After on Saturday called another company who came out replaced the capacitor and cooler is working-100.00 total cost! So I contacted the company and after looking into the problem they refunded ALL OF OUT MONEY. They were prompt. We did not want a refund they came out after hours and we expected to pay

Professional they fixed the problem and were honest. We will definitely use them again because of their honesty and willingness to fix this.

Air Care Systems is the best heating & cooling service team around! They installed a new unit for us within a day,. It was early summer & very hot!! This team works very closely together to get the job done RIGHT. They care for individuals & families for a reason!!! Give them a call! They WILL treat you right!

I can't say enough good things about Air Care Systems. They have taken care of my business HVAC repairs for several years now. From a small office unit to my 10 Ton units, they do it all! They are knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and don't overcharge like some other companies do. They are always on time, and answer calls 24/7. They were able to answer some questions on the phone to avoid an after hours visit that would have been more expensive.

To the fella that was on a job Wednesday 8-11-21 in athens al on the square, whose truck was blocking the exit from limestone drug.. I absolutely did not appreciate your attitude. For you to act like like a complete jerk because I was bringing it to your attention that there was a line accumulated and we are not able to back up.. was uncalled for and unprofessional! You could have kindly stated that you needed a moment to finish up or make it safe where you could stop or anything else instead of talking to me the way that you did.
If I ever need my air system worked on in the future, your company would not get my business.

Edit to add* I spoke with the manager. He was very kind and apologized for the technicians behavior. He also told me that he spoke with his employee about this complaint. I feel this matter was handled appropriately. I appreciate the timely response!

I was so impressed at how quickly they made things happen, which is very important when your AC goes out in July. They were courteous and professional but I do have a family member that does HVAC. After looking at the estimate, they told me that ACS had gotten me the BEST PRICE POSSIBLE. I know I'll be referring friends and family and will feel good about it.

They got here at 7:17 and finished up at 8:25. Not to mention they left for 20 minutes to go get a replacement blower when I told them the issue and they told me it sounded like the blower had went out. Then they charged me for an hour and a half of service, plus a service charge. $187.50 I was charged. The service did come quickly but I feel their pricing is cheating the customer.
