Freedom Heating & Cooling

We have used Freedom since we moved into our new home last year. Their responsiveness has been absolutely incredible. We just reapplied for maintenance and have a warranty on their units. Today our outdoor unit stopped working and it got hot quick! Initially they said they couldn’t get us in till tomorrow but I called back and the guy immediately put us in the schedule for today!! John came out to the house and was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. He is great! Shortly after we have cold air back in the house! I highly recommend freedom, their warranties, and their maintenance options.

I did not have a good experience. I called for ductwork repair/regular maintenance. The technician told me I had a mold problem and offered me duct cleaning/mold prevention services that would cost thousands. When I let him know that I needed time to think about it, he became defensive and repeatedly accused me of not trusting him. I didn’t say another word to him, and he left. It was very weird, awkward, and unprofessional. As a side note, I had another company come out the next day. They performed the needed service, and said they did not see any mold. I would not use this company again.

Thank you to Freedom. My A/C broke on a Friday. The compressor was grounded. I could have fixed it but it was 14 years old and we decided to get a new system. Great price and they installed it the very next day. The installers were polite and did an amazing job. Thank You Scott Peterson you made the whole process so simple.
