Hired for window installation. Great team. You could tell the installers had worked together and been doing this for a long time. Very professional and left our house better than how they found it. Highly Recommend.

I have a warranty on my furnace through Sears Home Services. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for the repair.

I was told on Oct 27th that they located and ordered a heat exchanger and would be back on Nov 10th to repair it. I questioned the long wait time then and I was told it was due to shipping and could do nothing about it.

On Nov 10th, no one showed up. I called on the 11th and was told I would have to wait until they could put me back on the schedule and it would be Monday, Nov 13th for the repair. Once again, no one showed up. Called again and was told they are now coming on the 14th, no one again, and happened again on the 15th.

Every time I call ANY number I can find for Sears Repair its either disconnected and automated recording with no option to speak to a living breathing person! ANY number I am given by the call center regarding my warranty repair, gives the SAME automated message with no option speak to a live person that can directly and personally respond to this outstanding repair.

It is absolutely absurd that there are no working numbers for the local repair businesses Sears has doing their repair work. More absurd that no option to get connected or dispatched to local business is an option. The call center can talk to the local busiess but the person who pays for the home warranty cannont.

The ONLY positive thing I can say is the repair man who came out to diagnose the problem, was very professional and helpful.

Today is Nov 16th and I am still waiting for a confirmed time for repair. Meanwhile the temp is in the 20's and 30's.

Had windows and sliding door installed. The installers was awesome. But be prepared to wait on the product to come in. It's made to fit and takes a little bit to come in. All and all everything looks great. Thanks

They finished my roof in one day and that was with quite a bit of replacing rotten plywood on it. Great job and very hard workers and it looks great. Very happy with everything except that I thought the salesman told me that yall had an inspector that checked the work after installation. It looks good but that is also from an untrained eye-LOL- .I am happy with the guys and the work. They came here ready to get some work done and they did. It looks great . If I ever need roof work installed again , I will definitely call you people. Great job all the way in every aspect.

    Roof install nightmare

The sales experience was wonderful. Now the we have leaks the support service has been great. However, in between all of that was a huge headache. The crew showed up unannounced. They installed the wrong products on the roof. They left a mess when we were promised that there would be clean up everyday. We were told they at would have but the project coordinator didn’t schedule a dumpster. The project coordinator also did not clearly tell the crew what products were to be installed where nor did he tell them where to drop off the products. Not exactly sure what what the project coordinator did. I do have to admit that I’m am analyzing his job more critically as I am the project coordinator at a law firm. Our siding was damaged as well as our ceiling in our kitchen.

The siding was repaired as requested, the house was cleaned as requested, and the flat roofing did get installed where it should have been.

We are still waiting for the reimbursement for the kitchen celing repair even though we submitted an estimate for the repair from a contractor.

We now have three leaks in our celing. I am extremely dissatisfied at this point in time. Sears was the more expensive option and we went with it because of the promise of excellent service that came with the sears name.

With these leaks we have more celing damage and now possible window damage.

It took Sears about 10 weeks before thet got a crew to the house, but the crew did a great job placing the siding. However, they managed to destroy one of the light fixtures that was on the front of the house - I had to purchase new light fixtures. In addition, the crew put siding over the wires for the light fixture at the back of the house - so, the foreman couldn't figure out where the fixture was supposed to be hung. (Supposedly, one of the members of his crew remembers where the fixture is supposed to go). Now, over 3 weeks after they finished placing the siding, I still wait for them to return and put up my new light fixtures at the front of the house - and the old one at the back of the house where the wires are covered.

They did some things well but others were a mess. The project that was suppose to be done before Thanksgiving was not completed until after New Years. It cost $3000 more than it was suppose to because of a mistake they made in measuring. They made another measuring mistake which caused us not to be able to install our oven. The installers were great though. They were competent and professional.

expect a hard sell for a service contract/home warranty if you don't have one already. Charged me $330 to level my fridge "we'll only charge half if you'll agree to pay $50/month for a home warranty". Service tech was good and competent, just didn't like the hard sell/extortion. I had to also talk to someone at corporate who couldn't believe I wouldn't want the home warranty. My prob was rattling from water line behind fridge, not actual malfunction. Shame on me for not doing a better job trouble shooting myself.

They measured twice, but the screen door did not fit! left a gap in my threshold, suggested I buy my own wider one to cover the space. there is some chipped plaster and a new space next to the molding. This makes the second project that I have attempted with Sears, I AM SO DONE with Sears. The entry door is fine, he even made a adjustment, so the latch, would catch the first time. IS THIS THE NEW NORM, TO "JUST ABOUT FINISH A JOB" .. the second job, was no better than the first. I just wanted the finisher, in and out!

Outstanding professional service. They were able to install it in one day. After the installation, they made sure that we knew how to operate it and how to register the warranty.
