72 Degrees Heating & Air

I was in immediate need for some assistance and although I had not worked with 72° in the past, they urgently took care of my problem and their rates were very fair. In the past, I used another Trenton HVAC company for 18 years who let me down when I needed this urgent service. Would definitely give 72° all my business in the future.

They installed my hvac system 11 years ago. I have had nothing but trouble from day 1 with my unit. I would have to have them come fix something 2 to 3 times every year I have asked numerous times for them replace the unit before my warranty expires cause i couldn't afford for them to come fix it every time the seasons changed. He said he couldn't. So since my warranty has ran out I so far have had to pay 72degrees over $700.00 to fix my unit. From a new moter to conduit to fixing a leak. I just had to pay them to fix my conduit because when then put my the new motor in the guy didn't close everything up and a animal got under my home and tore it up. So I had to pay for something they half-way done. I do not recommend this company!!! If I could I would have gave them a 0

We called this company in Oct 2020 for the Rainsville Alabama area. 1st person came by to see what was needed to do the job being done. Duct work ran and new unit put in that we had.
2nd group of people came and didn't have what was needed, said would be back the following Monday. No show. During this time our heat and cooling stopped blowing. When we called, if we got an answer we only got the run around. 3rd group of people,, Finally showed up again, once again not all the parts, however got the air working but not the heat,, said he couldn't hed have to bri g another person out to fix it,, another promised to be out Monday. No show! So now we have heat not working in our unit and a constant running duct fan because they didn't bring everything again and because they disnt know how.
We are done with this company and will not ever use again.

Fast service when needed. Warranty honored with no problems. Great company very caring and honest and dependable.
