Matthew was definitely experienced in plumbing details. He and his coworker checked under my house crawlspace for any leaks where Derrick discovered that my hose bibb needed to be replaced because the copper pipe cracked. I was thankful for Derrick discovery of that situation needing repair last February or March. It appeared to me and because of a high monthly water bill that maybe I had a water leak somewhere. I'm grateful Matthew and his coworker checked my water meter and reassured me nothing was leaking. Matthew also repaired my toilet seat and it is not sliding all over the seat. I will use Jackson again and ask for Matthew. Thank you

Asked them to come and install a natural gas log and burner set I bought from Amazon and after the tech figured out how to put it all together, he had it installed and tested and operational quickly. They were very professional and courteous, even wearing floor protecting covers over their shoes. Couldn't be happier with the service especially since I had a previous installer from a different company tell me it was impossible to do. Will definitely use them again if and when I need any plumbing, hvac or gas work done.

Marc was exceptional. Came out quickly for what we thought was a more serious issue than it was. He was very kind and informative and got us back on the right track. Fantastic company and great communication.

Keith of Drain Pro did a great job and fixing and clearing kit my septic tank. Especially appreciate that he explained the maintenance that I needed to do on the septic system to keep it running well. I’m going to use Jackson Plumbing for all my plumbing repairs!

You did not fix the system!!!! I purchased 8 lbs coolant at $100 per lb. Way overpriced!!! A competitor only charges $49 per lb. Also the system is not fixed!!! It is still not cooling. Temp is set on cooling at 72 deg. The temp in the house is 80 deg. Your service Guy did not make sure the system was working correctly!!! He Just soldered a hole in a pipe and recharged the system with coolant!!! And charged me $875 for the job.
