Highly recommend these folks. Over the last month they've installed an HVAC system in my garage studio, plumbed the building and installed a sink/hot water heater/toilet, rewired my house to split a circuit and prevent a previously constant overload, installed a new breaker box in the studio, and done several other necessary installs and fixes. In every case, the people who have come to do the work have been nice, courteous, professional, timely, and extremely good at what they do. Same experience with the support folks on the phone. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I called around 3pm on Good Friday after walking in from work to a water heater that had flooded my laundry room and kitchen. The technician arrived by 4 and quickly assessed what was wrong and let me know I'd need a new one. He explained what he would do and install so I understood the charges. They had the tank available so I didn't have to go with out hot water. They had it installed and running by 6pm. Hunter and Adam were great.

Alex, Heath and Caiden were very friendly and knowledgeable in the process of installing my new unit. They answered all questions. It was a pleasure to have them work on a.c/heater unit. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Jackson came and installed a new water heater for me. They were great on pricing, about $1000 less than the other quote I got. They came out quickly,did a super job, and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use them the next time I need service. I highly recommend them! Thanks Griffin Steelman and Jackson Plumbing!!

They stood us up for several appointments. They finally showed up to quote the job, then they told us it would be a few weeks before they could get to it. A month went by and we called back, and they told us a few weeks again. This cycle of no-show went on for a few months until we finally gave up on these losers and hired someone reliable to do the work. The company hired instead was also much less expensive.

This was my first time using this company. I had the plumbers come out and electricians as well. Both teams were great. Everything was explained and gone over well. They also did a good job and cleaned everything up.

David was very prompt and professional! He was at my house within an hour of calling on a Saturday evening when my A/C stopped working. He gave me different options on how to fix my A/C. This is the second time I’ve used Jackson for maintenance (water heater replacing the first time) and I will definitely call them in the future!
