I called Jackson on Thursday evening when I got home to a warm house. The scheduler put me down for Saturday since Friday was already booked solid. However, Mr. Legg was able to fit me in his schedule on Friday afternoon so they called me to let me know they had an opening in the schedule. Thankfully, I was able to accommodate the schedule change to repair my a/c. He figured out the issue and had me up and running within 2 hours! My house is cool again! I truly appreciate their customer service!

Jackson was referred to me by another plumber who does not work on whole house drainage pipes. That right there says a lot about the company and the work they do. They responded to my call and came to my home that same day. The job was a big one so it was scheduled a few days later. They got me temporarily fixed until the whole job could be completed. They showed up on time, with four guys and ready to work. Daniel, the lead guy, answered all of my questions and clearly communicated what they were going to do. Later in the afternoon they brought in a couple more guys so they could have the job done in one day. They cleaned up afterwards and even removed debris someone else left under the house. A permit was pulled on the job. The inspector came out to check their work. That was a great comfort to me knowing they care about the quality of their work. I could keep going on about Jackson PHC&E, but I think you get my point that I am happy with the work and I have a 5 year guarantee to back it up! Thanks Daniel, Casper and all the other guys who worked on my home!

My septic was backed up on a Sunday and I called Jackson to have it fixed. From the time the phone was answered to the time the tank was pumped by Casper everything was perfect. The lady who answered the phone was very informative and made sure I got help. Casper was one of the best if not the best person in any service industry I have had at my house. He knew his job perfectly, he was very informative on my system, and he was also very personable. Not to mention he got called in on a Sunday and I never got a hint of aggravation from him. I can tell by everyone I spoke with that this is a very well ran company with customer satisfaction being their top priority.

Called me this morning and said I had a rebate check. Told me they were here a few weeks ago and checked my unit and duct work. Never heard of them and definitely was not here at my house in Gadsden, Al from Decatur, Al.

Technician not experienced enough to be running service calls. My system was working before he arrived but was not working when he left. Now he wants to sell me a motor for $1100 that I don’t think l need when he returns next week
