I recently had an issue with my AC unit not cooling. Called Baldwin cooling & heating. I have a service contract with them. Baldwin sent technician Cody Mullis. Cody did an excellent job being transparent on availability and his arrival time. 👏.
From the moment Cody arrived he was very professional. He explained to me that if there is no mechanical failure (parts that needs to be replaced and ordered) he will get the system running. Cody got my system working excellent within 30 minutes. Cody Mullis is one top technician. The reason I keep a service contact with Baldwin Cooling &Heating.

Jessie came out on a Sunday morning , he arrived when he said he would, was kind , professional, and answered questions making it easy to understand.

Upstairs A/C not bringing temp down to thermostat setting. Tech brought compressor pressure down to spec. Advised setting temp to 78-79 and no higher. Seems to be working at this time.

John came well after hours to fix our A/C and explained to us what went wrong and how to help prevent it in the future. Great service and very professional!

Baldwin heating and air has been wonderful working with. They provided the best service when we searched for our house generator and answered all the questions that we had. For any issues, they have been great with responding or coming out to check in our equipment. Definitely recommend this company!!
