I have a yearly maintenance agreement on my heating/air conditioning and just as I was wondering if I should call to schedule it they called me! The tech was great! Was early in fact! Professional. No muss no fuss. Did his thing and said see you in a few months! Great service!!!!!! So glad to be doing business with this outfit!

BH&A installed our new HVAC unit in Oct. Cody was the lead technician on our install and was terrific. Today he came to do our scheduled maintenance. Cody is always polite and professional. From the moment he comes in he is considerate of our home and family. He wears shoe covers upon entrance and always asks how everyone is. He’s great to explain what he’s doing and asks if we have any questions. He always gives helpful advice about our service and how we can keep our unit running efficiently. Thank you Cody and BH&A for great service.

Niels performed a pre-summer tune-up on our HVAC system. Niels was pleasant, professional, and recommended some additional preventive maintenance we can do to keep our system working effeciently. Thank you Niels. See you in the fall.

What an amazing guy Reaves was. He came early, was very polite, took the time to explain everything to me, diagnosed my issues and will have it fixed by my deadline. What an amazing visit. Will use them for everything now.

UNRELIABLE and OVERBILLED. These recent couple of years this company has gone way down hill. After nearly a decade of quiet service to our house on Mercedes (the reason for the second star) our generator began failing EVERY SINGLE power outage. We have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in service calls , every time the tech would say “it’s working fine now” became a running joke because sure enough it would fail within two minutes of the power being out. Even AFTER PAYING FOR A NEW BATTERY IT STILL DOESNT WORK. After all of this , they have the nerve to then demand we pay another 300+ bucks to renew our contract this year when they NEVER provided reliable backup service once the past two years and we are out over a thousand bucks.

Did Page on the phone remotely care about any of this ? Of course not. Did anyone from this company care that there are two disabled people in this house connected to sensitive medical equipment that needs to stay powered? No.

Your family is not safe with this company. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT.

Fake service. No integrity.
