Western sales and service is a great company .I was very pleased with the work they did at my house. They put in a water heater and furnace. They did a great job. I would recommend them for your service

Pros: Work quality was pretty good, price was very reasonable
Cons: A lot of smoke breaks, dude smelled like smoke. Worked slow (because of all of the smoke breaks)

Was able to receive service the same day I called. Technician David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding my HVAC.

All the Service Specialist have been Great, as well as the office staff ...I received a new unit ...with every call they did respond in a timely manner , I choose Western because I had used them 30 years ago...( Different owner's now of course) however service has been good.
