Great company to deal with! I was in the market for a new dual fuel (heat pump + gas) system with 2 zones and I asked for quotes from several companies.

Western was the only one to give me multiple options on the bid as I asked. They also explained the options in detail. The bid was reasonable and they have a great reputation so I ended up getting the system from them and a new hot water heater as well. They filled out the paper work for the warranties and rebates for me. Will do business with again!

Dave was very professional and to the point even though problem was not solved. I thought that Dave was a plumber and problem would be fixed, since everything was explained to receptionist and Western is the company that put hot water tank in.
Dave was courteous and explained the situation. I thank him and the trainee for all their assistance and kindness.
