Jordan did an outstanding job repairing an issue we were having with our A/C. He advised us of all our options and the different costs involved and didn't attempt to pressure us into spending more than what was needed to resolve our issue. Highly recommend Jordan as a service technician to anyone who wants an honest assessment of your situation without being pressured into spending money that you don't have to.

Jordan was super professional and polite. Fixed up the leak in my unit quickly and got me set up with a maintenance plan. Pricing was upfront and reasonable. Definitely recommend this company. Whole experience from booking to payment was great. Thank you!

If you want to be ripped off then hire this business. They are a con and using another company's license. They use used parts, they never come back to do any repair, also have no office and use a vacant lot for a business address. Look at how they left my unit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUD..I will be calling the license board.

It appears that the technician put the damaged area back in place. However, the unit is not working. I wasn't able to be present while the work was being performed so I can't be certain that my unit was working properly. Someone needs to return as soon as possible

The tech was very nice and personable. He explained what needed to be done and he cleaned up when he finished.

After meeting with several HVAC companies for a new AC and furnace, we found Freedom was able to offer the best quality and warranty, which was what was our main concerns. Eddie Hunter was amazing to work with. Unlike most salesman, Eddie took the time to listen to both my husband and I about what we were both looking for in choosing and purchasing our new units and he worked with us to get just that. He did not try to push us into anything we didn't want or need. The installation was quick and the technicians were just as amazing. They were extremely polite and professional while installing our units. They took time as well to explain and answer our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Freedom to anyone.

Jordan was absolutely awesome. He was extremely informative, and didn’t mind answering questions. He also explained where the problem was and why it was a problem. Not only did he explain, he showed me the readings and part that had gone bad. He also explained the meter readings which better helped me understand how he could tell what the issue was. Definitely ask for Jordan!

Service vehicles are allowed to wreck less drive to work and jobs obviously, parkway east is a 45 zone this guy constantly goes 70+ and cuts in and out of traffic, I've called to report but still doing it every day.
