Jesse was our technician and did an awesome job. He was able to diagnose and repair an issue that we have had for six months. Multiple technicians from other companies had looked at this unit and were never able to fix the issues properly. Jesse was friendly and very knowledgeable about services that needed to be performed. I have used Freedom multiple times in the past and have had great experiences every time. I highly recommend !

Showed up home from vacation to discover a freezing house. They were able to come out that day. The technician was great. The guy came in and took a look at the system in no time at all he had the problem fixed. Turned out to be a tube that came off the motor and instead of trying to upsell me just charged the diagnostic fee. Happily signed up for the yearly membership.

Came to my home for our yearly service. They addressed some issues we have with our ac units. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend Freedom to anyone!
