Incredibly HAPPY with the service we received today! Couple plumbers and electricians came out and took out our old water heater and replaced it with one we bought at Home Depot last week. We were a little worried because we've had poor experiences with other service companies before, but these guys washed all those worries away. They were professional and transparent about the work they were doing and didn't mind our barky dogs in the other room. And the dang thing looks amazing! Definitely a big improvment to the monstrocity that was installed before. Again, we are so pleased with the work done and we will for sure use their services again when the next thing in this ol' house of ours needs some help. (We want to note that in the photos, they DID NOT do that to the wall. It's been like that. 😬)
My technician, Derek, arrived on time, was very professional, courteous, and kept me updated every step of the way. There was no pressure to purchase any additional work but he did make it clear the level of attention required for those issues. Derek was amazing and I would recommend this company to handle any of your AC maintenance.
Your tech Derek Walker is an excellent representative of Coolray. He was timely. He notified me when he would be here he was efficient, respectful, clean. and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with him as a representative for your company. Coolray is new to me. Don't trust them!!! Sent an inexperienced technician to my home. I already had my hot water heater diagnosed. One of the heating elements needed to be replaced. The tech gave me a 700 estimate. When I told him it was an outrageous price he looked puzzled and told me he was new. A heating element for my unit ranges from 200 -300 dollars. This tech then told me it wasn't the heating element the thermostat needed to be turned up and he would do it at no charge. He told me to wait 45 minutes and the water would get hot..Foolishness. I'll never deal with these ignorant bamas again. This tech had no clue and his supervisor is a bigger idiot. Don't trust them!!!!
Our original consultation with Bryan was fantastic. Customer service was fantastic. Their installation team were lack luster. On our original installation date our tech called in sick. The next day two techs come out and removed the old air unit and left it sitting in the yard with the return register and in flow from the unit exposed to the outside of the house. They left saying they needed to get supplies and never returned with no explanation as to why. It took me calling the company to find out that they were not supplied with the correct equipment for the job and they had to come back the next day. The job still was not completed due to storm conditions, which was out of their control, but would have been finished had they showed up on the original appointment date. After waiting 4 days on what should have been a 2 day job they finally finished the job. I’m happy with the result but they lack in some communication.
Devante was absolutely amazing and professional. He explained things in a way I could understand and I trusted his expertise when it came to the repairs I needed. If I could choose to have his as my servicer from now on, I would most assuredly choose him. In my opinion Coolray Heating, Cooling and Plumbing chose an outstanding employee to represent them and that’s speaks volumes about the company in itself! I think I will use this particular company for all of my heating/cooling and plumbing needs from now on.

The tech Steven K. came out and was awesome! Within minutes he gave me a diagnosis and fixed it in a timely manner. Thank you Coolray!
It took a couple of days, but the wait was worth it. They were very thorough and ran everything by me on how exactly how they were going to run everything, and also took a lot of my input into consideration. They were very polite and knowledgeable. The only thing that needs improvement is the scheduling feature they have, I kept having to correct the text system they send out. They would always give me a wrong date, but the installers were top notch.
